Terms of Service

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You may register using an email address and password or through Google OAuth authentication.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at info@nursesfuture.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Nurses Future offers digital subscription plans ("Passes") that provide time-limited access to our simulator, case studies, readiness exams, and related educational content.

• Essential Pass: 1 month of access.
• Elite Pass: 3 months of access. Includes the NCLEX® Pass Guarantee, subject to separately published eligibility terms.
• Ultimate Pass: 6 months of access. Includes the NCLEX® Pass Guarantee, subject to separately published eligibility terms.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are non-transferable between accounts. Access is for personal, non-commercial use only. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at purchase.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal educational purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or transferring your account credentials or access rights to any third party.
• Copying, downloading, scraping, redistributing, or publicly displaying any simulator content, question banks, rationales, cheat sheets, or other proprietary materials.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or underlying code.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your nursing credentials or qualifications.
• Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All content, materials, and intellectual property available through the Services — including but not limited to question items, clinical case simulations, rationales, analytics frameworks, printable cheat sheets, study plans, branding, logos, documentation workflows, and platform code — are the exclusive property of Nurses Future or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of a Pass or enrollment in documentation services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal exam preparation during the active subscription period. You acquire no ownership rights.

Nurses Future is an independent educational preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the examination or licensing authorities, including but not limited to:

• National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) for NCLEX-RN
• Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Sheryan Portal
• Ministry of Health (MOH) UAE
• Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi and the TAMM Portal
• Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and the Mumaris+ Platform
• Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB)

Our study materials, simulator content, and documentation guidance are developed independently based on publicly available information and professional expertise. We do not have access to actual exam questions, nor do we claim to replicate official exam content. All trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

Nurses Future provides educational tools, practice questions, case studies, and study strategies designed to help nursing professionals prepare for licensure examinations. However:

• Completion of our courses, practice materials, or documentation services does not guarantee a passing score on any licensure exam.
• Individual outcomes depend on factors including but not limited to prior knowledge, study habits, clinical experience, language proficiency, exam-day conditions, and personal effort.
• Our platform is intended to supplement, not replace, formal nursing education, clinical training, or official exam preparation resources.
• We strongly encourage candidates to also consult official exam candidate bulletins, registration guides, and authority websites for the most current exam requirements.

The NCLEX® Pass Guarantee, where applicable, is subject to specific eligibility criteria and verification requirements outlined in our Refund Policy and Guarantee Terms.

Our Global Documentation Concierge services facilitate the preparation and submission of licensure applications through official government and regulatory portals, including CGFNS, Sheryan, TAMM, Mumaris+, and OMSB.

• We act as a facilitator, not a licensing authority. Final approval, scheduling, credential verification, and licensure decisions are made solely by the respective government or regulatory bodies.
• Government fees, exam fees, DataFlow / Primary Source Verification (PSV) charges, and other third-party costs are payable directly to those authorities and are outside our control.
• We do not guarantee the outcome of any application, verification, or licensing process.
• Portal credentials provided to us for concierge services are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of facilitating your application.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time for:

• Material breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Behavior that harms other users, our platform, or our reputation.
• Extended periods of inactivity, at our discretion.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law shall survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurses Future and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or inability to use the Services.
• Any exam result, licensing decision, or application outcome.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any third-party conduct or content on the platform.

Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Nurses Future for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Nothing in these Terms shall prejudice any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated via email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
