• Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription or documentation service, our payment processor collects your billing details. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, time zone, and referring URLs.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, study modules accessed, practice questions completed, session duration, and feature interactions within the simulator.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated usage patterns collected through analytics tools to improve platform performance and content quality.

You may sign in to Nurses Future using your Google account through OAuth 2.0 authentication. When you choose this option:

• We receive your Google profile information, including your name, email address, and profile picture URL, as authorized by you during the consent screen.
• We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Your Google account authentication is managed entirely by Google. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles your data.
• You may disconnect Google Login at any time through your account settings, though this may limit your ability to access certain features.

If you choose to register with an email and password rather than a social login:

• Your password is hashed using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms before storage. We cannot view or recover your plaintext password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features we may offer.

Your student profile helps us personalize your learning experience and documentation guidance:

All profile data is stored securely and is accessible only to you and authorized support staff under strict confidentiality obligations.

We use analytics services to understand how students interact with our platform so we can improve content, fix issues, and optimize the learning experience.

• Analytics data is collected in aggregate and anonymized where technically feasible.
• We do not use analytics data to personally identify you outside of your authenticated session.

When you purchase a Pass (Essential, Elite, or Ultimate), we maintain records of:

• Plan type, purchase date, expiration date, and renewal status.
• Usage metrics such as questions attempted, readiness exams taken, and case studies completed.
• Payment history and any applicable refund or guarantee claims.

This data is used to manage your access, enforce plan limits, and fulfill any Pass Guarantee obligations.
